Please contact your benefits provider for details of your coverage. For participating group insurers, we offer the ability to submit claims instantly, minimizing any out-of-pocket expenses, eliminating the paperwork and waiting for payment.
When online submission is not possible, we will issue a professional receipt with all the required information to get reimbursed by your benefit provider.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit/Interac, Cash and cheque.
We also accept claims and treat injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Payments are arranged directly with your auto insurer so there are no out-of-pocket expenses.
